The site provides general information about construction in Massachusetts and does not create a contractor–client relationship. All services require a written contract.

1) Our Commitment to Your Privacy and Trust

At Eagle Solutionss, your information is treated with the same precision and care we apply to every permit and inspection. We collect only what is necessary to deliver permit-ready, inspection-first construction across Massachusetts. Our security program complies with Massachusetts 201 CMR 17.00 and our internal Written Information Security Program (WISP)—ensuring records are encrypted, access-controlled, and auditable with contractor-grade rigor. 

  • Plain language: We never sell your personal data. We use it to serve your project, comply with the law, and keep you informed—nothing más. 

2) Who This Policy Covers

This Policy applies to: 

  • Homeowners, investors, and prospective clients requesting quotes or consultations. 
  • Subcontractors, inspectors, lenders, and vendors involved in active projects. 
  • Website visitors interacting with our site, forms, or communications (email, SMS, phone).

3) Information We Collect

A. Identification & Contact

Name, phone, email, postal address, project city, communication preferences, language preference. 

B. Project-Related

Name, phone, email, postal address, project city, communication preferences, language preference. 

  • Job-Site Identifiers & Locations: address, municipality, site layout details for estimating, permitting, inspections. 
  • Visual & Documentation Records: photos, videos, Daily Photo Reports, aerial/drone footage (when permitted), blueprints, stamped plans, permits, inspection approvals. 
  • Compliance & Lender/Insurance Docs: draw requests, appraisals, warranties, lien waivers, EPA RRP, OSHA 10/30, and 780 CMR documentation. 

C. Website & Analytics

Cookies, device identifiers, browser type, IP region (not precise GPS), referral source, site usage metrics collected via Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. 

D. Communications

Call/meeting notes, satisfaction feedback, opt-in/opt-out history, support tickets. 

We do not intentionally collect protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA. Do not transmit medical records to us. 

4) How We Use Information

We process information strictly to: 

  • Estimate, design, permit, and manage construction/remodeling projects.
  • Coordinate inspections, document compliance, and secure approvals (Inspection Armor™). 
  • Fulfill lender/appraiser/insurance requirements.
  • Provide updates, warranty service, and after-completion support. 
  • Conduct service quality measurement and security/fraud prevention. 
  • Marketing/remarketing only with your explicit consent. 
  • Meet legal, tax, and safety obligations under MA and federal law.

5) Legal Bases for Processing

  • Contractual Necessity: to provide requested services, quotes, or contracts. 
  • Legal Obligation: construction/safety/lead-safe/tax compliance, records retention. 
  • Legitimate Interests: secure operations, continuous improvement, fraud prevention (balanced with your rights).
  • Consent: analytics, remarketing, newsletters, SMS marketing (you can withdraw anytime).

6) Massachusetts Data-Security Program (WISP)

We maintain a WISP aligned with 201 CMR 17.00, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for systems storing personal information. 
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)least-privilegemulti-factor authentication (MFA), unique user IDs, and audit trails for project folders and inspection media. 
  • Vendor/Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with hosting, CRM, analytics, and payment partners; sub-processors listed by reference (Section 11).
  • Employee screening and confidentiality training. 
  • Annual WISP review, tabletop incident-response drills, and backup/restore testing.

7) Breach Notification (M.G.L. c. 93H)

If an incident compromises certain personal information, we will notify, without unreasonable delay:

  • The Massachusetts Attorney General and the Office of Consumer Affairs & Business Regulation; and 
  • Affected individuals via email, phone, or mail, consistent with c. 93H and our WISP. 
    We do not include data that would further expose you.

8) Cookies, Consent & Advertising

We present a Cookie Banner where you can accept, reject, or customize categories (Functional, Analytics, Advertising) and change them anytime in Cookie Settings. 

  • We use GA4 with Consent Mode v2 and may run Google Ads/Meta Ads with consent. 
  • We never link job-site photos, addresses, or project documentation to ad profiles. 
  • Where applicable (e.g., California), we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for “Do Not Sell/Share.”

9) Communications Consent (TCPA & CAN-SPAM)

By providing your phone/email, you authorize Eagle Solutionss to contact you regarding your project by call, email, or text. Message/data rates may apply. 

  • SMS: Reply STOP to opt-out; HELP for help. We do not use autodialers/prerecorded marketing messages without express written consent.
  • Email: All marketing emails carry an Unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. 
  • We may retain communications for quality assurance and legal compliance.

10) Retention of Records

We keep data no longer than necessary for the purposes below, subject to legal holds:

11) Disclosure to Third Parties

We share information only when necessary and under appropriate safeguards: 

  • Permitting Authorities & Inspectors (code compliance).
  • Lenders & Appraisers (progress/valuation verification). 
  • Licensed Subcontractors & Vendors under NDAs/DPAs and need-to-know access. 
  • Technology Providers (hosting, email, analytics, CRM, scheduling—e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Calendly, hosting/backup providers). 
  • Legal/Insurance advisors in connection with compliance or claims. 

We do not sell or rent personal data. For California residents, “sell” and “share” are as defined in the CPRA; we provide opt-outs where applicable. 

Subprocessors: We maintain a current list (categories and purposes) available on request at privacy@eaglesolutionss.com. 

12) Your Rights & Choices

You may request: 

  • Access to, correction of, or deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations). 
  • copy of your project documentation or permit packet. 
  • Withdrawal of marketing or analytics consent (this won’t affect prior lawful processing).

Submit requests to privacy@eaglesolutionss.com. We verify identity and respond within 30 days (or the timeframe required by law). 

California (CPRA): you may also request to limit use of “sensitive personal information” and opt-out of “selling/sharing” (if ever applicable).

EEA/UK (GDPR): you may have additional rights (restriction, portability, objection, complaint to a supervisory authority). We will honor these where applicable.

14) Children’s Privacy

Our services target homeowners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (COPPA). We also do not knowingly market to minors under 16 without appropriate consent.

15) International Data Transfers

Although we operate primarily in Massachusetts, some providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers. 

16) Policy Updates

We may update this Policy to reflect new laws, technologies, or services. Revisions appear here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be announced via banner or email where required.

18) Legal Notice & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Boston, MA (consistent with our Terms of Use).
